Aronofsky’s Commentary for The Fountain Now Available

October 1, 2007

The Fountain by Darren Aronofsky

For those of you who bought or even pre-ordered the DVD of The Fountain, you were likely disappointed when the disc showed up without a Director’s commentary.

Well, fret no more. Darren Aronofsky.com has links for three different torrents (all free) which host the commentary for playing on your iPods and other devices. Originally, hosted on Aronofsky’s website, the demand became so great that it threatened to melt down the servers!

I have known from the instant I saw it that eventually, The Fountain would find it’s audience. It’s nice to see that it may be happening faster than anyone would have imagined.

If you have missed the film thus far, all I can ask is what are you waiting for?

    Absolutely. . .

And I don’t know whether you saw the film on DVD or in the theatre, but the DVD does have a pretty good “Making of” documentary on the disc. Also, I’d give this piece a read, as it also has some great insight as well!

Enjoy, and thanks for stopping by!

    Namaste,

    Darshan
